What if I get stuck inside when the magnetic lock is engaged?
In most cases, you can simply open the door using the physical "Open" button. However, in emergency cases, you can just cut the power to the mechanism by physically unplugging the system from the wall-mounted outlet, which will immediately cause the lock to disengage.

Why do you put magnetic locks on doors?
Mostly to learn how electrical engineering works. These are disengaged most of the time, and a simple RFID card can get you past the lock.

My RFID keycard doesn't work anymore. What do I do?
In emergency cases, when you need instant access to the facility protected behind the magnetic lock, you can safely type in an OTP pin, preceded by the
+001code to force the system open.For security reasons, you'll still need a valid authentication method.

About Access Logs
Access Logs keep a tamper-proof journal of each attempt to disengage the maglock. These are completely deleted after a 12-month period.

What happens if there's a power outage?
All the magnetic locks not protected by a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) will instantly disengage. For other locking mechanisms, see Emergency Threat Response (ETR).
